Statement before the House Committee on international relations, sub-committee on international terrorism and nonproliferation

Article Abstract:

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is perceived to have shown lack of cooperation with the efforts of the US government to fight terrorism and the country has become a liability in the international community's fight against terrorism. A review of Venezuela's overall actions against terrorism, its conduct toward terrorist organizations, and the Venezuelan Government's relations with state sponsors of terror provide testimony to such a perception.
