Road warrior; driving the back roads of Vermont to bring the law to isolated victims of domestic abuse is a very personal mission for this ex-trucker

Article Abstract:

Wynona Ward is a former long-haul trucker and native of rural Vermont who went to law school acquired her first experience in her domestic violence law specialty by helping put her father and brother in prison for sexually abusing her niece. Two years of her salary and expenses will be paid by a grant from the National Ass'n for Public Interest Law (NAPIL). Ward's NAPIL project offers everything from relief-from-abuse petitions to custody battles. Even advocacy and support groups are suggested for clients.

Article Abstract:

The Internet plays an increasingly vital role for attorneys, clients and the general public. Attorneys can advertise and provide legal services to their clients over the Internet. The Internet allows people to find information regarding legal questions as well as seek aide in pursuing a cause of action.
