The participation of employees' representatives in the governance structure of the Societas Europeae

Article Abstract:

There is growing understanding of the importance of participation of employees and trade unions in company decision-making and Societas Europeae (SE). Companies in Europe employ many people from European Union and therefore it is essential to form a uniform system, a special negotiating body that will act as a bridge between the company and employees.

A single European Union mortgage credit market: manifestly an illusion or a reality just around the corner?

Article Abstract:

A study on whether the achievement of a single European Union (EU) mortgage credit market is realistic or just an illusion against the backdrop of some systemic and multi-dimensional barriers to integration is presented. The integration of the EU mortgage credit markets has a basis in the Treaty is also demonstrated.
