AutoText at the next level

Article Abstract:

Textware Solutions' $99 InstantText 2.0 word processing add-on enables users to easily insert commonly used words and phrases into their word processing documents. Matching words and phrases are displayed in InstantText's window once users type abbreviations into their word processors. These abbreviations are expanded by pressing the applicable Marker key. InstantText's Sentence Continuations is one of its most amazing features. This feature provides users with appropriate suggestions for continuing an incomplete sentence. InstantText also includes many Glossaries such as Contract, Business and Legal. InstantText's permitted formatting attributes and its support of WordPerfect paragraph numbering features, however, are limited. The program also requires a significant portion of the screen and the company suggests that users have at least a 486 computer, and preferably a Pentium.
