The ADM Group's Contract Tickler application allows users to manage most contract information including specialized areas such as trademark, licensing, technology, personnel and maintenance. The package can also track outsourced projects and litigation and is priced at $349 per single user for 250 records and $1,349 for unlimited records. Contract Tickler records data in more than 100 separate data fields while tracking receipts and disbursements. It also provides users with substantial report capabilities such as customizable flexibility. Contract Tickler can generate special reports including action item reports, contract overview reports, third party reports and transaction and lease reports. The application requires minimal administration once it is implemented and multiple users can be authorized to mark contracts for deletion by one specified individual.
