Article Abstract:

Possible ethical issues in law firms investing in initial public offerings of their Internet clients are discussed. Such law firms are disproportionately located in the Silicon Valley, and some of them are listed.

The article discusses the increasing suburban teen crime which has caused some local juvenile justice systems to rethink their approach to crime prevention.
