Article Abstract:

Criminal defense lawyer Beth Ann Faragher was the plaintiff in a sexual harassment case heard by the Supreme Court, and is thus a lawyer and also a citation. The court heard Faragher v. City of Boca Raton in 1998, and Faragher has been moonlighting by giving speeches about her case to various groups. Her law practice is rather pedestrian compared to her Supreme Court case, as she does mostly domestic abuse cases, shoplifting, trespassing and loitering.
