Business ethics in Spain

Article Abstract:

The development of business in Spain since 1940 is discussed in its economic, political, social and cultural aspects to examine how the attitudes, ethical values and problems of the Spanish managers changed as years passed. Several relevant problems were investigated, particularly on how businesses perceived the State and the law, the grey economy, corruption, irregular labour and taxation, to better understand the global evolution of business ethics.
