Careproviders' adherence to HIV standards of care is uniformly high in an integrated HIV care system

Article Abstract:

Clinical experience is the most important predictor of careproviders' adherence to HIV standards of care. The main aim is to determine whether the importance of this association can be mitigated in a highly integrated network of HIV care-providers in which clinical support for even the most inexperienced practitioner is readily available.

Training HIV clinicians and building a clinical workforce: the experience in New York State

Article Abstract:

A collaboration of New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute and selected AIDS centers developed a two-year-fellowship training program to provide training in the management of HIV disease, which successfully met its goal of building the HIV/AIDS clinical healthcare workforce.
