Communication power tool; the Internet can improve lawyers' efficiency, but it's not alway the answer

Article Abstract:

The Internet may be counterproductive although it can improve lawyers' efficiency. E-mail is not appropriate for solving contentious arguments - these have to be talked out. The ability to do something technologically does not mean it is the productive thing to do.
