Computer-based training

Article Abstract:

UK safety managers can use computer-based training (CBT) to present and review occupational safety issues. CBT, usually available on CD-ROMs, offers distinct advantages over traditional training methods such as lectures. CBT allows flexibility in scheduling, testing, and tracking trainees. The problems in using CBT are also described.
