Copperweld 2000: the vanishing gap between sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act

The author explains why the U.S. Supreme Court's 1984 holding in Copperweld Corp. v. Independence Tube Corp. should not be relied upon for authority due to its market power analysis which involved a differentiation between sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act.
