Delaware tops polls: innovative technology helps make courtrooms user friendly

Article Abstract:

Delaware was the first state in the nation to ratify the federal construction, in 1787. The state of Delaware is one of the most advanced in the country in terms of technology use in courtrooms, which helps to make the courts user friendly and is one of the first states to practice e-filing a precedent followed by most other states in the decade.
