Editing didn't turn article into something completely different

Article Abstract:

U.S. District Judge Michael B. Mukasey on July 14, 1995, granted summary judgment for Fordham in Choe v. Fordham University School of Law, brought by 1992 graduate Jerry Choe. Choe claimed an article by him that appeared after his graduation in the Fordham International Law Journal was mangled by the editors, violating his moral rights and the federal Lanham Act. The judge found that the article's meaning was still clear, and that there is no federal claim for the moral rights alleged. Choe's lawyer may press related claims under state law.

The 'little engine that could' has turnaround, gets respect

Article Abstract:

Dean Ronald Riccio is apparently behind the remarkable turnaround Seton Hall University School of Law has enjoyed since his 1988 hiring. The school, located in downtown Newark, NJ, placed 43% of recent graduates in judicial clerkships, ranked second nationwide in overall student satisfaction in 1994, gets record numbers of applications, and just moved into new facilities, doubling its space and reaffirming its committment to the city. An ABA accreditation report notes enormous improvement since 1987.
