Group tax incentives under scrutiny: Dutch Interest box under investigation

Article Abstract:

The European Commission announced the start of investigations into the proposed Dutch group interest box. The Dutch Ministry of Finance said its proposed 10% patents box does not need approval from the EC. Owners of cars registered in the Netherlands after 15 October 2006 will receive a car registration tax refund.
