Insurance reimbursement policies and AIDS home healthcare: Public and private financing mechanisms

Article Abstract:

The public and private healthcare financing policies provide cost effective home healthcare services for AIDS patients. Medicaid insurance benefits provide for the poor and medically deprived patients. Formerly employed middle class workers are insured under the Consolidated Budget Resolution Act. However the public policies limit the Medicaid benefits and the insurance coverage if the policy holders contract an illness which requires expensive treatment.
