Making a case for CaseMap; this software organizes facts for litigators - and you don't have to refold it

Article Abstract:

Issues are discussed regarding CaseMap, issued by CaseSoft Inc, a software which organizes the issues, facts and documents of a case. The software is easy to set up, user-friendly and inexpensive. Improvements such as Web access and fields without character limits will appear in the next version.

Web worries of dot-com lawyers

Article Abstract:

Issues regarding the management of legal web sites are discussed. Attorneys who learn to deal with the security problems and ethics concerns of such web sites can rest confident about putting their own sites up for use. Ethically required security can save a legal licenses, whereas commercially desirable security is mere merchandising. Methods such as encryption are discussed.
