Article Abstract:

The author analyzes provisions of Revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code that separate the treatment of secured transactions involving consumers from other secured transactions. Topics include changes in operational procedures required of consumer creditors and predisposition notices in consumer goods transactions.
