Stockholders' holding claim class actions under state law after the Uniform Standards Act of 1998

Article Abstract:

The author discusses securities fraud claims under state and federal law prior to the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 and how the PSLRA and the Uniform Standards Act of 1998 changed the balance of power between the federal government and the states.
