Running a Template from the Toolbar

Article Abstract:

Tips for adding a button to Corel Systems' Toolbar to run a favorite Template are presented. First, users must create a macro to run their Template. To create a macro, users must make certain that all WordPerfect documents are closed. Once the macro is created, users must add the letr_tem.wcm macro button to their Toolbar. At the Toolbar Editor dialog, users are instructed to select the Play a Macro radio button located in the Add a Button To list. When queried by a macro if they want to save the macro with the full path, users are told to select Yes. To display the Toolbar Editor dialog users must right-click in the Toolbar and select Edit from the floating menu. WordPerfect runs the letr_tem.wcm macro after users click the Contemporary Letterhead Template button in their Toolbar. Subsequently, the macro automatically runs the Contemporary Letterhead Template.
