Using the WordPerfect 7 Legal Suite

Article Abstract:

Corel's WordPerfect Suite Legal Edition 7.0 has various new features. For example, QuickSpots are small rectangles that appear next to paragraphs, next to graphics and in table cells. When a user clicks on a QuickSpot, either a Toolbar or a floating menu is invoked. For example, if a QuickSpot next to a paragraph is clicked, the Paragraph menu appears. For another example, the program's PowerBar has a new feature called QuickFonts. If a user selects QuickFonts, the last several fonts that have been selected are displayed, and the font names appear using the fonts themselves. WordPerfect 7 also comes with new add-on programs. For example, NexLaw is useful for organizing client documents, and it comes with a helpful multi-page clipboard.
