The e-vote: a proposal for an interactive federal government

Article Abstract:

Issues concerning the use of electronic voting on legislation, elections, and initiatives is discussed as a way for the public to communicate their wishes and ideas directly and efficiently to their representatives. It is concluded that this interactive use of the Internet would return the voice of the public to federal government.
