Immigrants: New Florida land deals zero in on immigrants

Article Abstract:

Companies in Palm Coast in the past would make millions through illegal practices where the brokers would tell the buyers to buy a brand new home in Florida rather than a little rented apartment as real estate prices in Florida are far less than in other metropolitan cities. Consequently, the non-English speaking immigrants in and around New York City bought those houses at very high prices.
