AFS Northeastern Division president

Article Abstract:

Charles F. Thoits III, lifetime member of the American Fisheries Society, passed away on 21 March 2007 after fighting pancreatic cancer. Thoits, 74, also served as Northeastern Division president and became a life member of the AFS in 1987.
