C4 Radio plans new approach to advertising

Article Abstract:

Channel 4 Radio is planning to revamp its advertising models, turning away from the traditional 30-second advertising spot, to boost operation revenue. The commercial speech radio station will connect content with Channel 4 TV programs such as Big Brother, along with online content and events, giving advertisers access to multi-platform audiences. Channel 4 Radio's other advertising strategies are described.

City 'confident' ITV will win fight to relax CRR

British financial experts believe Independent Television (ITV) will achieve some success in getting the Contract Rights Renewal (CRR) regulations relaxed. ITV is continuing to lobby the Office of Communications (Ofcom), the Office of Fair Trading and the Competition Commission regarding CRR.
