A glimpse into Rupert Murdoch's success story with News Corp. is presented. His son, Lachlan Murdoch has recently resigned from News Corp., to start on his own. The problems in perpetuation of dynasties like Murdoch's are examined. The effect of family factor on business issues is mentioned.
