Article Abstract:

Satellite TV company Sky's payment of 125 million pounds sterling for the rights to screen soccer's Endsleigh League has left broadcasters such as the BBC with few live sporting events to televise. However, some sporting authorities are gathering together the means to create their own TV channels in a move aimed at increasing their share of the profits.
