How did the City receive Deloitte's report on ITV's PRS?

Article Abstract:

ITV shares fell to 98.3p, the lowest level in 2007, two days after revelation of the premium rate services (PRS) controversy. RDF's shares, meanwhile, rose 7.5p to 192.5p, a small step in its recovery from the Queengate scandal, which David Frank believes will take around 18 months. Other financial concerns of the two companies are discussed.
