What price an indie?

Pricing an independent production company that is up for sale involves considering several micro- and macro-factors, and one important aspect is the company's forward EBITDA. Long-running series or several new secured commissions can make a company's future operating profit bigger. A commentary on the lack of finance-related discussion in the 2007 Edinburgh Television festival is also given.
