ITV Productions to go on buying spree

Article Abstract:

Dawn Airey, incoming director of global content at ITV, is planning to buy UK and US independent broadcasters as part of efforts to revive ITV Productions. ITV has lost personnel to indie broadcasters over the past few years and is looking to replace them. Possible acquisition targets include World Productions and Hat Trick Productions.
