ITV should shop around

Marks & Spencer's and ITV are sailing on the same boat with troubles including a decline in the number of customers, increased competition from existing rivals and the like. Marks & Spencer has identified that its problematic relationship with suppliers is the main reason behind its reduced revenues. The lessons from Marks & Spencer should enable ITV review its supplier relationships.
