ITV director of television Simon Shaps has overhauled ITV1's programming, the most significant of which in 25 years. Part of the changes include the comeback of "News at Ten", more original comedy and drama, and entertainment shows to replace Sunday soap operas. His schedule by day and by genre are also discussed.
