The 1989 co-founder of independent radio, Unique Broadcasting, Tim Blackmore, shares some plans that lie ahead in terms of expanding program production. Off limits are news, current affairs and television. Mr. Blackmore has been in the business for 30 years. Now he will move to the position of managing director, relinquishing day-to-day duties.
