Making the frog leap

Article Abstract:

The complexities involved in creating 100 episodes of a puppet show 'The Roly Mo Show', for preschoolers on CBeebies, are described. Writers Toby Rushton and Mike Watts, puppeteers Iestyn Evans, Robert Skidmore and Simon Buckley along with puppet maker Neal Scanlan pooled their considerable talents and helped create a fabulous show.

British TV chiefs rate Sopranos top show

Article Abstract:

According to a survey conducted by Broadcast amongst fifty leading British commissioners and channel controllers to gauge their preferences, dislikes and attitudes, which may have a bearing on programming decisions, HBO's The Sopranos was rated as the best show on television. An overview of the other findings is presented.
