CEO Fons van Westerloo turned RTL Nederlands from losing as much as 8.4 million pounds annually to a company that earns 32.1 million pounds annually. Eyeworks founder and CEO Reinout Oerlemans runs Eyeworks, one of the fastest growing television production and distribution companies in the Netherlands, while 2 Way Traffic CEO Kees Abrahams is known to be the man behind the acquisition of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?" from Celador. Their practices are discussed.

Managing director of SevenOne International Jens Richter, meanwhile, largely contributed in the success of transformation of ProSiebenSat.1, and TMG owner and founder Herbert Kloibert has been an industry trailblazer for 30 years. The practices of these key industry players are discussed.
