Rocky patch : Granada and net work centre

Article Abstract:

Failures of the summer television programs bring controversies in the relationship between United Kingdom based television channels Granada and Independent Television (ITV). The Chief Executive Officer of ITV Network Centre is reluctant with the idea of turning Granada in to in-house producer and feels that the disputes will not affect the relationship of the two broadcasters.

ITV records bumper profits

Article Abstract:

ITV has advised that its pre-tax profits have increased by almost 36% over the figures in 2005. This was more than what markets expected from the company because of declining performance of ITV1.
