TV heads have rolled - so what next?

Peter Fincham has resigned from BBC due to the scandal surrounding the TV documentary film "A Year with the Queen", and RDF Media CEO David Frank feels that he is reponsible for Fincham's move. The BBC controllers that may take over Fincham's post, and the resignation of RDF Chief Creative Officer Stephen Lambert, are also discussed.
