Target secures drama show

Article Abstract:

Target has procured international rights to the drama series, Wonderful You, made by Hartswood Films. Target, a newly-created independent distributor that is supported by Tiger Aspect Productions and TalkBack Productions, is headed by managing director Alison Rayson. Comprising seven shows of 60 minutes each, Wonderful You is characterized as a sexy, modern drama series depicting the lives of a group of north London friends in their thirties. Target, which is selling Hartswood Films' documentary, In Love with Elizabeth--the Early Life of the Queen Mother, also holds international rights for Shed Productions' first ITV commission, Jailbirds, a drama series encompassing 10 shows of 60 minutes each.

Carr to host primetime C4 celebrity game show

Article Abstract:

Alan Carr is to host the new primetime gameshow, Celebrity Ding Dong, which will start filming in November 2007, and is slated for a Friday night slot early next year. The show will be produced by Open Mike Productions and directed by Steve Smith.
