The PVR: this time, it's personal

Peter Cowley, Endemol UK's director of interactive media, seems to be convinced that the personal video recorder (PVR) would cross over into the mainstream, forcing programme-makers, broadcasters and advertisements to change their way of thinking. According to a report, the Janet Jackson nipple moment attracted twice the audience the game did as viewers watched the moment several times.

Renowned TV director dies while filming in Iraq

A tribute is paid to John Williams, a TV director who expired in Iraq recently. Williams was filming a documentary on atrocities committed by Saddam Hussein on Kurds.
