The death of live TV

Article Abstract:

Richard Allen-Turner, joint managing director of Avalon and executive producer of Harry Hill's TV Burp, while focusing on Channel 4's supposedly 'live' comedy show slated for Friday nights beginning next year, bewails the end of really live broadcasts. He feels that the excitement of live entertainment is missing in pre-recorded programmes.
