In a move to attract the people who are unwilling to pay money for extra channels, and to gain a competitive edge against Freeway, Sky unveiled a subscription-free package of two hundred channels, for a one-time payment of [pounds sterling]150. BBC, which has been planning its own Freestat service, is trying to reach an agreement with Sky.
