The training test

Article Abstract:

The ProducersE alliance (Pact) report on training within the independent sector asks whether this training is adequate enough. Even though it highlights the [pounds sterling]31.5 million spent each year and about 83% of it comprises on-job training, the question arises is this training scientific enough or sufficient enough. The report offers two solutions; external training and formalized quality on-job training by bringing in dedicated trainers for this purpose.
