Article discusses a single ITV in the UK, which is slated to begin in 2003. Two other companies, Carlton Communications and Granada TV are slated to merge their advertising efforts, presently in control of all advertising across the 15 ITV territories. SwitchCo mounts 300m pounds sterling ad drive
