Shaun Williams is leaving his position as CEO of the producers' alliance Pact, and reflects on the relationships with such broadcasters as the BBC and ITV. His legacy includes helping indies earn the respect of the broadcasters and the government, and trying to get Pact members recognized as business enterprises worthy of inward investments.
