Webbed feat first

Article Abstract:

A traditional television producer describes his involvement in making a pioneering production for Microsoft Network. The interactive documentary is about research into genetic causes for mental illness and suicide. The documentary will run for a month and viewers will have the opportunity to follow up related information and to become involved in a community discussion. The director found the new interactive aspect fascinating, and he found he could include more content than in a television documentary, but he was frustrated by the lack of technical opportunity to use video easily.
