A happy first birthday for BBC3?

Article Abstract:

The ratings for the BBC3, a year old channel, has been ruthlessly dissected by the critics and questioned whether its ninety-seven million pounds budget is money well spent. However, the fact remains that the channel has done well and has made a place in peoples' mind, as the figures for the top ten rating BBC3 programmes show that it attracts the biggest audience for the channel.
