Article Abstract:

The German Mine Warfare Flotilla has the capability to deal with the theat of mines in every war and crisis operations. Among its equipment are 10 Class 332 minehunters, 10 Class 343 minesweepers, six Class 351 TROIKA minesweepers, five Class 331B minehunters, five inshore minesweepers, five landing craft, two diving vesels, two Classs 404 tenders and one FGS NIENBURG support vessel. The recent deployment operations of the flotilla are described.
