Andrew Kinsey

Article Abstract:

Andrew Kinsey, Master of the USNS Red Cloud, feels that he was very fortunate to have been with Maersk from one of the first years of the Maritime Prepositioning Ship contracts. He considers that the home-advantage is lost and hence concerns need to be raised about the near-littoral threat at any chokepit transit because the threat has become much wider than it was in the past.
