The company specializes in the fields of aerospace, electronics, land and marine systems. It furnishes one-stop services for land, air, and sea platforms, as well as systems-based solutions. The company employs an international workforce consisting of roughly 10,000 engineering and administrative specialists, who generate an annual turnover of US$1 billion for the company.

WarBots: eyes and ears for MOUT operations

Article Abstract:

The US Marine Corps and the Center for Emerging Threats and Opportunities has conducted a series of exercises aimed at experimenting with small, mobile robots for use in an urban warfare environment. Some of the robots are unmanned aerial vehicles while others are ground-based, both wheeled and tracked. A key issue is improving communications capibilities while keeping the robots as small as possible.

Militarizing space

Article Abstract:

It appears inevitable that there will be some degree of militarization in space given its crucial strategic real estate and vital assets already there. The US military is engaged in development to protect its satellites and attack hostile satellites and missiles.
