Dong Xoai: Seabees earn a special place in combat history

Article Abstract:

Seabee involvement during the Vietnam conflict began as part of a humanitarian effort assisting refugees emigrating from the north to the south in response to the 1954 Geneva Convention agreements recognizing Ho Chi Minh's communist government. Mortars blasted through the U.S. army Special Forces camp in Dong Xoai, where Seabee Team 1104 was stationed.

BAE Systems realigns naval business

Article Abstract:

BAE Systems is planning to restructure its naval businesses by moving forward with the realignment of the Sea Systems group into three basic components. The realignment is implemented in order to better manage future naval programs that are spread out across the United Kingdom.
